Norrin M. Ripsman is a seasoned author and professor of International Relations. Born in Montreal, Canada, he has lived in eleven cities across six countries on three continents, including London. Currently residing in the United States, he teaches at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The Oracle of Spring Garden Road is his debut novel, following the publication of his short story collection, Song Book.
