After obtaining an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin, McKenna’s career took an international turn. His return to Ireland coincided with the country’s economic boom, where he became deeply involved in the construction and property sectors. However, the global financial crisis of 2008-2010 brought his world crashing down, providing him with firsthand insight into the challenges and consequences of unchecked growth.
In addition to his successful engineering career, McKenna is a prolific writer.
