Natalie Granger
I’ve suffered with mental health for many years . I have written my life story as a fiction rather than a memoir. I grew up on a council estate with family parents who still together. My life is always full of trauma. Big trauma always seems to find me.
I dedicate this book to my family, friends, and medical staff that helped me through the difficult times with their love and support I thank you all.
This book has been my therapy to overcome the traumas life has thrown at me. Sometimes the only person to fix yourself is yourself, I have learned that over the last two years. If my story can help just one person then everything will be worth it. Every word is true along with the time line.
It’s taken over ten years to process, accept and overcome the issues I’ve experienced, the book has taken two years to complete. I hope you the reader find the book helpful because despite everything I’m still here, I’m no victim I’m a survivor.
I still have mental health issues, but I can cope so much better now, this journey has had its trials and stresses reliving trauma, though I came to accept that to get stronger I had to go through the process of writing, remembering and understanding myself. This is my truth my life my story.
