Worse still, Reagan learns that the perpetrator of this assault is further along in his preparations than the intelligence community anticipated. New technology and information gathered from three American scientists kidnapped in Pakistan are being used to coordinate the plans of the anonymous ISIS handler behind these attacks. Unless Reagan is able to stop him, the outcome will be a horrible fate for thousands of innocent people.

Reagan needs the assistance of his group of talented associates, including his lover, top CIA analyst Erin David, like never before after deciphering the code that the Handler was using to plan his bloody scheme. He must race against time.
