As readers journey through this intricate world where past, present, and future converge, Rutter’s masterful storytelling blends thrilling action with profound nuance. Stasis None challenges us to question whether tampering with the past is truly the path to a brighter future.
At the heart of the story lies a quantum intelligence capable of reshaping time. Yet, when this tool, designed to save humanity, predicts our impending doom, a desperate mission is launched to alter the course of history. However, the question remains: can manipulating the past truly offer salvation?
The individuals behind the top-secret project believe so, but a mysterious observer lurking in the shadows of history may have a different perspective. Playing with the universe is a dangerous game, and the time has come for Palene to reveal himself.
Creating this book was as much about charting my own course through life as it was about actually writing it.
I made a significant shift from a career in music to military service, which gave me a newfound focus that eventually fueled my writing and allowed me to put my thoughts on paper. This novel, born from ideas written in the margins of my life, grew into a project that tested my resolve and taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance and self-belief in creativity. Over the years, as I navigated editorial mishaps and great successes, and paved the way toward its final and polished incarnation, ‘Stasis None’ has been a true labour of love. I’m thrilled that readers are discovering it in its full glory and about the reception it has received from people around the globe – truly beyond my wildest dreams.
