Santa Loves Burgers, So Byron Burger Have Made A Festive Feast!

Did you know Santa’s favourite food is burgers? He told us himself…and quite frankly, if it’s good enough for him, it’s good enough for us!

Burger gurus at Byron have created the ultimate festive feast, fit for Santa himself. Included are a Christmas joy filled burger, a side of Roasty Tots and gravy (a first for Byron!), plus a Gingerbread Shake on the side (with a shot of Baileys, for those wanting to get the party started!)

• The Brie merry burger:
  • Sheer Christmas in a bun! 6oz Byron beef patty topped with creamy brie, bacon and braised red cabbage with spinach, mulled plum chutney and homemade mustard mayo. May all your Christmases brie bright!
• Roasty Tots:
  • Roast potatoes, Byron style! Crispy, golden potato tots topped with a snowy shower of parmesan and rosemary, and served with a pot of gravy to dip into.
• Gingerbread Shake:
  • Decadent clotted cream ice cream blended with milk, salted caramel sauce & gingery, warm spice-forward Speculoos . Topped with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and a little gingerbread man
  • Get further into the festive ‘spirit’ by adding a shot of Baileys to your shake
