Susan Grant

I am based in Edinburgh. This is my first book.   Other similar books relating to nature – one on seagulls and one on Chiff Chaffs are in the pipeline, and their illustrations are a work in progress.   I have mainly been involved in business start-ups relating to IT and hospitality.  My business background led me to spend a few years working both as a college lecturer and volunteer helping  young people consider business as a career option.   I wanted to inspire young people to believe in themselves, whatever rocks are thrown their way – a bit like the humble pigeon.
