Oktaf Kanis Releases New Single, My Radio

On The Table Read, “the best entertainment magazine in the UK“, Oktaf Kanis, an Indonesian rock musician, has returned with the release of his new alternative pop rock single, “My Radio”.

The single “My Radio” has been released on June 3, 2022. “My Radio” is a perfect match for his hit song. And “My Radio” will be one of his alternative pop rock songs with classic rock strains on his second album to be released this year. 

Oktaf Kanis said that the content in the lyrics of “My Radio” is “a kind of story journey in which a couple whose lover is involved in a problem within him because of something that has caused him to become like that, then in the midst of that problem a friend from one of the one couple who always invites him by giving a kind of message to listen to a radio broadcast so that his lover is entertained and forgets a problem that is happening to him.

“Somebody told to me (listen to my radio)” in the lyrics it can be concluded that an invitation to listen to the broadcast radio, and from the term “radio broadcast” it can be interpreted broadly, it can be a kind of podcast or a playlist of songs, depending on how each listener wants to describe it. In each stanza of this song has a different content, in the verse to the pre-chorus it is a kind of expression of the heart of a couple who has a lover who is in trouble, and in the chorus it is a greeting because they have received some kind of message from a friend. who has invited him to listen to his radio broadcasts,” said Oktaf Kanis. 

After releasing the single “My Radio” Oktaf Kanis has planned to release 1 more single whose release date is still a secret and he will release an album which is his second album. Previously Oktaf Kanis has released a single entitled “Wheel” which was released on 6 May 2022 then “Come On” which was released on 13 April 2022 and “Starlight” on 21 January 2022. 

And in 2021 Oktaf Kanis has introduced himself as a musician through his work by launching his first album entitled “Living in Infamy (Blue)” which was released on August 18, 2021 in the form of a digital release.
