When a careless tourist throws a rubbish bag out of his car, Grandpa Hedgehog is in the wrong place at the wrong time. To his surprise, it lands right on his back and gets stuck to his spiky quills! As the unwanted gift came with an unpleasant odour, Grandpa Hedgehog asks, “Is it lawful to smell so awful?” This yucky mishap sparks a chain of adventurous and downright humorous events.

I’m a Hungarian born concert pianist (award winning international, as nowadays we like to advertise ourselves) and composer. As a teenager I was a notorious reader and wrote short stories. Instead of studying, so much so, that at the end of my first “gymnazium” year I received an ultimatum from the Catholic High school I attended: I either carry on in the music conservatory or they will kick me out. So, I was half forced to study music, which I loved.

After finishing university in Budapest, I received a scholarship to study in the United States, and I spent the next three years there. I found my American dream in the form of a gorgeous Hungarian girl, whom I met there and married 6 weeks later. After returning to Europe I was based both in Budapest and in Salzburg, until 2002. In 2000 I started teaching at my alma mater university, and a year later writing sound tracks for computer games. In 2009 our family (same wife) moved to the UK.
