Why do I write books? – Well, I was a voracious reader when I was young, with some of my favourite authors being Malorie Blackman, R.L Stine, Terry Pratchett, Enid Blyton, Kevin J Anderson and Lynne Reid. In my teenage years something bothered me about my favourite authors – it took them too long to publish their extraordinary books. So, I started writing my own to fill the time. Eventually I fell in love with crafting my own stories and resolved to take all the ideas buzzing around in my head and write them out.

I have been writing since my teenage years and completed my first book at the age of 15 called Return to Earth, a book about alien abduction.

In 2012, I self-published a children’s book series called Alien Hunter Conner Jones with ten books about three children preventing ten alien criminals from taking over the world.

In 2018 I secured my first publishing contract with Spaceboy books for Stolen Futures a story about the survivors of earth after it was destroyed by a giant alien spaceship. This book gave way to three sequels staring Callum Tasker, who must work with his new crew to carry the torch of humanity’s legacy out into the stars.
