On The Table Read Magazine, “the best entertainment magazine in the UK“, indie pop singer Jordan Duffy’s new single Wonder Woman is about reclaiming your power and achieving your goals.
Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman, the new single from pop/rock artist and four octave range goddess Jordan Duffy, is all about reclaiming your power and realizing that you can accomplish anything in life if you put your mind to it. Jordan believes that everyone puts on their own armor to face the world, and at the end of a long day, this is the perfect song to throw on and dance your heart out to.
Jordan Duffy
Jordan Duffy is an indie, folk, pop, and alternative singer, songwriter, producer, and audio engineer whose sound spans many genres, inspired by artists such as Adele, Lake Street Dive, Yola, and Billy Joel. Known for combining her fun style with important messages, Jordan sings about subjects including broken hearts, female empowerment, exploding toads, casual sexual encounters, and zombie lovers. She has even sung to the iconic Weird Al Yankovic.
Jordan opened for Dickie Betts, guitarist for The Allman Brothers Band, in her first professional performance when she was 18 years old, and discovered her four-octave range while studying and performing opera in college. She continued with her schooling and got a job as the first female sound designer at Earwolf/Stitcher Web recordings. There she has had the valuable chance to sing to Weird Al Yankovic, do her own version of “Total Eclipse of the Fart” on “The Office Ladies”, and is the performer for the “Just Between Us” podcast theme song. You may even recognize her (and her laugh) as Engineer Jordan from “Hollywood Handbook”.
