On The Table Read Magazine, “the best entertainment magazine in the UK“, discover INCA London, where new chef Scott Hallsworth has created a luxury menu, perfect for Mother’s Day.
Scott Hallsworth has been hired as the new chef at Mayfair’s famous South American show restaurant to create an extravagant dining menu that will be the must-see dining destination this year!
Hallsworth is a fine dining chef who has won awards and has worked as Nobu’s head chef for over 20 years. He has expanded INCA‘s well-known brand to create a new menu. This luxurious and gastronomic menu, completely influenced by the cultural diversity of South America, invites guests to a brand-new dining experience.
INCA, which is located just off London’s Regent Street, guarantees excellent Latin American cuisine with menu highlights like their unique and delicious tiraditos and raw Peruvian ceviches.
Additionally, INCA has collaborated with the Cool Earth charity, which provides assistance to indigenous people and South American rainforests. In support of the charity, which tirelessly fights against global deforestation and climate change, each customer is encouraged to give a small donation with each meal.
The strength of the Inca empire served as the inspiration for the brand’s name, which reflected the company’s desire for the entire continent’s identity and entry to be reflected throughout the restaurant experience, from entry to exit.
The center stage in the middle of the restaurant comes to life with energetic performances by talented artists from all over the world every evening at 8 p.m. It would be the ideal place to take a loved one this Mother’s Day.
INCA brings together fine dining and one-of-a-kind high-energy performers in a way that is unlike anything else. These acts are exclusively flown in by the INCA team. Every evening, dancers, DJs, and acrobats with Latin American influences perform, making for an extravagant dining experience.
Nathaneal Dadou, co-founder, traveled throughout Latin America and fell in love with the culture in 2020, during the pandemic.
Everything at INCA aims to make everyone feel better and to give London a taste of authentic Latin American culture and cuisine. To transport diners through a sensory blend of colors, aromas, and flavors that deliver an explosion of genuine Latin spirit, Nathaneal Dadou and Damien Aiudi both rely on the cultural diversity and gastronomic heritage of an entire continent.
