On The Table Read Magazine, “the best entertainment magazine in the UK“, Gibson Records have signed Ghost Hounds for their new single, Dirty Angel, and upcoming album.
Gibson, the iconic American instrument brand, has become one of the most relevant, played, and loved brands in the world over the past 130 years. It has shaped sound across generations and music genres. Since the beginning of recorded music, iconic music that has inspired generations has been recorded on Gibson guitars.
Gibson Records, which brings guitar-driven music to the forefront of culture, is pleased to announce the second album release, the rock ‘n’ blues band Ghost Hounds.
In June 2023, Ghost Hounds’ new album will be distributed by Gibson Records in collaboration with Firebird Label Services. The first single from the forthcoming album “Dirty Angel,” which will be out on March 9th.
The new Ghost Hounds album comes shortly after the first official Gibson Records release, Slash Ft. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators. The critically acclaimed fourth full-length album, titled 4, was released last year in collaboration with BMG.
Ghost Hounds, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania release music with wild ‘guitar tunes as a result of both Thomas Tull and Brooklyn native guitarist Johnny Baab, and Bennett Mill and Blaise Lanzetta and drums and bass. Ghost Hounds are a modern rock band fronted by lead singer Tré Nation, whose voice was made for rock. They play blues-inspired rock in a way that demonstrates that the genre is alive and thriving for the next generation of rock fans.
Ghost Hounds have delivered three studio collections to date. Their debut album, Roses Are Black, was released in 2019 and generated millions of streams. In 2021, the band delivered their sophomore album, A Little Calamity, demonstrating the band’s exemplary rock chops, that incorporated the irresistible track and hit single, “Good Old Days.”
Not long after A Little Calamity came the band’s 2022 collection, You Broke Me, a perfect testimony to Ghost Hounds’ capacity to mix blues and rock with modern influences. Due to their tour support of legendary artists such as The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Garth Brooks, and Bob Seger, the band has had ample time to refine their sound on the road.
