Fuck It Up

Linda Varg’s new single, Fuck It Up, is from her forthcoming debut album, which she is signed to Fifth Island Music and Sony Music. She sings about the feeling of making yourself smaller to satisfy the needs of others, and making a change after finally coming to terms with what she had been doing for years. Fuck It Up opens a new chapter in her life and demonstrates how far she has come

Linda Varg explained that we should not blame others, even though most of the time it starts with someone being mean to us. For Linda, it started when she was a young. She was happy, brave, and talented, but an older woman couldn’t handle it, and said things to her that made her doubt who she was, and from that point she started shrinking.

Jantelagen means that you should never think that you are someone, and never shine more than anyone else. It is a special word in Sweden, similar to an unwritten law, and Linda Varg despises that law because everyone should shine!!!

With upbeat instrumentation and emotional, vulnerable lyrics, Fuck It Up has an empowering vibe.
