Hiraeth by Elizabeth Carlisle

Hiraeth

In Elizabeth Carlisle’s debut novel Hiraeth, she captivates readers from the outset with her protagonist Aurelia Quinn’s dramatic entrance to a new world and new dangers.

When Aurelia Quinn wakes to find herself being buried in a coffin with no memories of her old life, it is up to Imogen Zenith to save her and inform her of the new life she must now be forced to live. A life where she must hide until her enemies are defeated. The life of an Aeternus.

With challenges such as enemies infiltrating the safety of the underground complex, loved ones from her old life sacrificing themselves for her, Aurelia must strive to survive once again. With the help of Malakai Hawthorne and Caleb Laurier, can victory be within reach so Aurelia and her people can live freely once more?

With girls prepared to take whatever sacrifices are necessary taking centre stage, Hiraeth bursts with all the prerequisites of a well-formed fantasy novel; worlding building, multi-dimensional characters, engaging plot combined with plenty of suspense and tension.

Elizabeth Carlisle

Elizabeth Carlisle lives in Kent and has a first class degree in science and adult nursing. She is a registered nurse who has always had a passion for creative writing following the encouragement of her late mother.

It was my mother’s dream for me to be published. I have always enjoyed losing myself in the world of fantasy and I wrote the book for those who wish to do the same. This is my first novel.
