The Fall

Albert Jaskula has launched his literary career with thriller, The Fall, which has garnered a host of six awards, and a finalist nomination in the 2023 American Writers Awards.

Meet Ariel Fall, a private investigator haunted by tragedy. Grief for his wife and daughter has pushed him to the edge, blurring the lines between right and wrong in his relentless pursuit of the truth. This thrilling debut novel by Albert Jaskula plunges readers into five dark and harrowing investigations, each one exposing the depravity lurking beneath the surface of humanity.

Ariel craves solace, but finds only shadows. Each case he takes on becomes a descent into the abyss, a brutal reminder of the darkness that can reside within us all. Can Ariel find redemption amidst the wreckage, or will the shadows consume him entirely?

Action packed and satiating our appreciation of a flawed hero, The Fall makes for one hell of a read. It is also guaranteed to tick all the boxes for those who like their reading choices to be unpredictable and suspense laden.

Albert Jaskula

After living in London for nearly a decade, working as an assistant manager and then as a driver, Albert Jaskula never imagined he could write a book. However, when he began to contemplate and write down ideas for something unique, the plot evolved over time until it came together as a cohesive whole.

His writing career began in a very unusual way. When he became a co-author of a children’s book (which has yet to be published), he realised what a joy it was to write. He soon realised that children were not his intended target. His writing style included gloom, and an unusual sense of comedy, more aimed at a mature audience.
