GodChaserz The Documentary is the inspiring story of award-winning hip-hop artist Brinson and the establishment of the independent record label GodChaserz Entertainment. It will be available on YouTube TV, Google TV, Apple TV, and other streaming platforms.

Bold and gritty, with a style as street as hip-hop itself, GodChaserz The Documentary weaves performances, music videos, interviews with experts and feedback from industry insiders into a speedy mosaic that beats with the enthusiasm of their proudly God-powered music.

The journeys and skills of five independent rappers are shown in the movie as together, they changed people’s lives and maybe even the course of faith-based rap. Brinson and labelmates ReadyWriter, Cstraight, Oatmeal and Nazarite give crowds an inside look at how they fell in love with hip-hop music, and what happened when they infused their music with their faith. Throughout the entirety of the documentary, you’ll see glimpses into coincidental, almost metaphysical, instances from Brinson’s youth that kept pushing him toward his true calling.

According to Brinson’s explanation, the idea for GodChaserz The Documentary was to attempt to create a social media short to commemorate GodChaserz Entertainment’s 15th anniversary. However, when the COVID-19 lockdown came into effect, time stopped.

GodChaserz The Documentary has won 64 film festival awards, proving what Brinson already knows, music that transforms souls has a market.

About Brinson

Brinson is a Christian hip-hop artist, film producer, and GodChaserz Entertainment founder who has won numerous awards. Through his music and unreserved love for God, he has made it his life’s mission to serve hip-hop fans and their families. He is an ordained minister and studied music business at Belmont University in Nashville. 

He creates music that inspires and reaches those who would otherwise be unreachable by combining his passions and talents, and has ventured to every part of the globe getting out the good word of Jesus Christ. The GodChaserz Podcast is hosted by Brinson, and his music has been heard on ESPN, NPR, BET, MTV, New York’s Hot 97, and TBN.
