The Paris Apartment is the fifth most popular book according to TikTok, and is the top book to feature within the mystery genre.  With 4,700,000 views on TikTok, this is a book filled with tension surrounding a journalist who mysteriously disappears while living in an odd apartment building in Paris. Spooky – as we turn towards Halloween season!

  1. Wellness experts at Zeal CBD (https://www.zealcbd.co.uk/) sought to uncover the best books published in 2022 according to TikTok to read this autumn.
  2. To do this, an analysis was conducted having referred to reputable seed list articles Business Insider, Time, Esquire, BBC and Barnes and Noble.
  3. To determine popularity, each book was analysed on TikTok to find the most popular one via views.
  4. A full seed list of 39 books with corresponding data was pulled.
  5. The most viewed books were ranked, highlighting the books that you should read and therefore most popular.
  6. Each book’s primary genre was collated and discovered via Goodreads.
  7. Data was collected in September 2022 and is accurate as of then, and therefore subject to change.
